Through our online store, customers can purchase our products only in boxes of 6 units of the same variety of wine or in mixed boxes with different wines, always 6 units per box.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are free.

SHIPPING ONLY TO THE PENINSULA OF SPAIN

The delivery time will be made only to the Peninsula of Spain and is from 48 to 72 hours, which starts counting from the time we receive your order and your payment correctly.

Payment Methods

The method or mechanism of payment will be by Credit Card. The Buyer must identify themself and must include the following information from their Card:

Guarantees and Returns Policy
Quality guarantee of our products

All Products have been subjected to a careful quality control endorsed with certifications and are released to the market according to the standards approved by the brand.

On our website you will find the technical data sheets for each wine where all the information related to each product appears, as well as recommendations for the correct conservation of the wine.

If the customer considers that a product is not in adequate conditions for consumption, they must contact us, in the shortest possible time, by the following email e-commerce@dehesaelcarrascal.com or by the phone number 967 24 04 58 to communicate the nature of the problem, the moment and the conditions of its appearance.

Guarantees and Returns

The product will be delivered to the customer in perfect packaging conditions, without broken or damaged products. The client must ensure that the order is correct and matches what was requested.

In the event that there is any incident in receiving the order, we will replace the merchandise completely free of charge.

For this, the client must either reject it on delivery or indicate it on the delivery note and then contact us by email e-commerce@dehesaelcarrascal.com or by phone 967 24 04 58. You will have a maximum period of 3 working days to communicate it.

Claims

For any questions or complaints you can contact us by email e-commerce@dehesaelcarrascal.com or by phone 967 24 04 58.

If you detect products in poor condition, you will have a maximum return period of 14 calendar days, always in the original packaging. After contacting us by mail or phone, you can send the items to the following address:

The return costs both in this case and in those mentioned in the paragraph "guarantees and returns" shall be borne by Bodega Dehesa el Carrascal.

Applicable Legislation

The Client may access the European Union online dispute resolution platform by following this link.

The parties are subjected, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's residence.

These Conditions have been drafted in accordance with Law 34/2002, on services of the information society and electronic commerce and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Law General Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws in accordance with the latest draft.

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification, counting from when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the physical possession of the goods.

ATTENTION: You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases, in addition to any other included in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

  1. Goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or that are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery;
  3. Goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed inseparably with other goods.

To withdraw from the contract, you can download and fill out our withdrawal form, sending an email to e-commerce@dehesaelcarrascal.com.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period of 14 calendar days expires. The customer must send the product in the original packaging and without having been tampered with.

The client will be responsible for assuming the procedures and shipping costs, sending us the product in the same conditions received at:

Once received and verified that the product is in optimal delivery conditions, without having been tampered with, we will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction.

The product must be returned, within 14 calendar days from when you communicated your wish to withdraw, in its original packaging, unopened or damaged, along with everything that came with the product, including labels and seals.
